Hey what's going on y'all. My name is Chad and I'm a single 18 year
old freshman baseball player at the JC. I feel like a youngin at the JC because most students I come across are 20+,
but it's all good. I was born and raised right here in Santa Rosa, and can't wait to move on to a city that's lively
at night. I have to admit, I went on and checked out some of the other websites that other students posted and mine
was too plain so i had to come and add the details that everyone likes to read about. My plan is to transfer to
a four-yr school after the JC (I like Cal Poly, SLO a lot). I want to play baseball for as long as I can, so
hopefully someone will want me. Off the field, I'm young and always looking to have a good time.
I am taking this class because it accomodates with my busy schedule.
I thought that this would be an interesting way to pick up 3 transferable units, and give a feel of what it's like to take
an on-line class. If it goes smooth, then I would definately consider taking future classes on-line. It's pretty much an experiment
for me. After looking over the class description on the class website, I think this is a great opportunity to meet new people
that are in this class through email or however. This is my first on-line class.
I live about 3-4 miles from the JC. By car, it only takes me a little
less than 10 minutes to drive to school. If I really wanted to save money on gas, I could ride a bike, but I'm too lazy. Besides,
who wants to ride a bike to school at 7 in the morning!
F.Y.I.
I'm not too picky when it comes to having a good time. Let's see...I like the summertime best. Beaches, 90 degree weather,
girls--that's all I need to say. I like snowboarding, even though I havn't been yet this year. Traveling is awesome, especially
when you go out of state. Hawaii is probably the best place I've been to so far ( I went to Maui last summer). You gotta listen
to music. I like most of the popular stuff, it all depends what mood I'm in. Mood always sets the tone. Most of
all, it's about staying true to my boys. Hanging out, doin the poker thing, meeting girls, whatever the scenario
might be...you have to keep the friendships.
